the spaces between each post is such a waste of space and when you reply, u can't see what you replying to anymore. The site is also rather dark, especially when you trying to hide it from your boss.

Here is an idea... admin, lets make the site look like an excell spreadsheet with some figures in it... so if you have to quickly minimize it, it will look like excell at a glance...
